Description
THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 under Simplified Acquisition procedures in Subpart 13.5 as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423450 and 811219. The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center has the intent to sole source to Philips Medical Systems for maintenance on its equipment. This includes software revisions pertaining to its IntelliVue software and physiological monitors, MP30, MP50, MP70 and M4. Any vendors believing they are able to satisfy this requirement are welcome to submit their proposal/quote. The government will accept and review all submissions. The government reserves the right to award sole source to Philips Medical Systems if qualifications are determined unacceptable. REQUIREMENTS: The Material Management Department at the NIH, Clinical Center needs rapid parts exchange, latest software and technical and clinical support to cover their Philips physiological monitoring equipment from 09/30/2009 to 09/29/10. Information sent in the propsal should be directly relevant and specific to this requirement. The vendor responses must demonstrate their expertise/experience in providing the services described above. The vendor responses shall be in sufficient detail to allow the Government to assess the vendor's capability in performing the required services on the above mentioned equipment.
