These dataservices are already connected to the Nationwide Network System.Authority used is FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no othersupplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE ISNOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation package isavailable. Interested persons may identify their capability to respondto these requirements by September 22, 2009 1:00PM. America/Puerto Rico.A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contractaction based on response to this notice is solely within the discretionof the Government.
