- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality ContractingCenter, CCJM-CA, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, intends to obtain on a sole sourcebasis two (2) Telemetry Receivers with a 3.8 GHz to 6.0 GHz tuner and 10 MHzIntermediate Frequency filter. The anticipated procurement will be a firmfixed price contract to Aero Systems LLC, 13475 Wayne Road, Livonia, MI 48150-1245 to be awarded in Government fiscal year 2010 for delivery 3 months aftercontract award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, avoidance of duplication ofcost in fulfilling the agencys requirements. A determination by theGovernment not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses tothis notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See notes 22and 26.
