- N00164-09-R-JQ88 - ELECTRO-OPTIC SENSOR (EOS) SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH (IAW) EOS PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONSPS3R2_EOS-PERF-SPEC_REVA_2009-08--5,- FSG 58 - NAICS 334511Anticipated Issue Date 01 OCT 2009 - Anticipated Closing Date 02 NOV 2009 - 2:00 PM EST This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. Modification 01: This requirement is for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for EOS Systems inclusive of electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) sensor system, interface cable, required interface hardware, stand alone shipboard ready power supply (if system required), run-time counter, stainless steel connectors, window heater, daylight camera, Automatic Video Tracker, gimbal and mounting hardware. The minimum/maximum quantity of 4/66 each. The contract will include line items for operator and maintenance training, non-warranty repairs, provisioning items, and associated data. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database and must be certified under the Joint Certification Program in order to receive the technical package. Requests to receive the technical data shall be referred to Ms Hilda Quillan, See contact information below. The technical package includes reference to a CLASSIFIED CONFIDENTIAL document, as such any interested vendor must meet the following security requirement: Personnel working for contractor shall have a minimum of a CONFIDENTIAL CLEARANCE for reviewing Confidential Radar Cross Section Document. See DD254 attached. Following verification necessary to receive the technical package, interested vendors may request the CLASSIFIED CONFIDENTIAL document from Marlene Siddons, see contact information below. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination. Product Samples will be required. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government considering technical, past performance and price related factors. The solicitation will be available on or about 15 OCT 2009 at the following address: http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO.
