- Scope of work for demolition of a 28’ x 62’ supply trailer. POC: FSC Keith Michalowski Cell# 832-640-2629 Work# 713-671-5148 This scope of work is a general construction/demolition guideline. Any modifications or continuing construction/demolition will be brought before the contracting officer and their representative and the project officer. 1)Contractor is to provide available labor to move and store all equipment, furniture, stores, and supplies from trailer to Coast Guard (unit members) approved storage. Contractor will be held responsible for any damage to unit property during the moving and storage process. Unit members will maintain accountability of all property during this time frame. 2)Contractor is then to disconnect all utilities from the existing supply trailer (water, sewage, electricity, connectivity, phone, and A/C). Project Officer will determine what support utility equipment will be disposed of. Contractor is to make arraignments with ESD Galveston (409)766-5640 for the disconnection of phone and internet connectivity. 3)After all utilities are disconnected the contractor will then begin demolition of existing supply trailer (and its structural supporting members) and dispose of IAW state and local laws/codes. Contractor is to provide a demolition plan during the pre-construction brief to the unit members for approval. 4)Immediately following the complete disposal of all existing supply trailer structures, the contractor is to provide an onsite clean up of the construction area. Removing all construction debris and disposing of IAW state and local laws/codes. 5)Following the approval from unit members of on-site clean up, the contractor will then begin termite treatment of construction area in preparations for new modular buildings arrival. The termite treatment plan will also be provided during the pre-construction brief for unit members approval. FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION CLAUSES AND THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE RATES FOR CONSTRUCTION ARE INCLUDED AND ARE APPLICABLE. CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT WEEKLY PAYROLL FORMS FOR ALL PERSONNEL WORKING ON THIS PROJECT.
