- THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF RFP ISSUANCE. THIS EFFORT IS CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL IN NATURE AND ANY RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED IAW FAR PART 12. Patrick Air Force Base anticipates a competitive acquisition to provide High Altitude Supplemental Oxygen Kits to include: (12) 3-ltr Carbon composite oxygen cylinder c/w integral oxygen regulator (12) Conecting hoses (reinforced silicone hose, 1500mm in length) (12) Pulse Dose Meters (with chest carriage pouch & operating instructions) (12) Facemasks (Silicone, pulse dose) (24) Silicone Nasal Cannula (500mm in length) (24) Sets of Batteries (L91 Lithium, 2 per set) (12) Protective Carriage Case (Proprietary foam insert for system contents) (2) Cylinder packaging, 1 for every 6 oxygen (lightweight & air transportable (2) Refilling adapters (1m refilling hose complete with fitting adapters) All sources capable of manufacturing these supplies are being sought. In addition to the information provided below entitled "Capabilities Package," responding parties must also indicate their size status in relation to the applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 2813 (size standard 1000 employees) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325120. Sources with HubZone, 8(a) status or otherwise classified as a small disadvantaged veteran owned business should address their status in their responses. Capabilities Package. All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm's capabilities in providing the required supplies. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 10 pages.
