- This is an Indefinite DeliveryI ndefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one base year and one option year with Silent Partner Security Systems Incorporated for maintenance, upgrades and expansions, to include labor, installation, and training, for existing DSX Security Systems utilizing prices and terms established by this IDIQ contract award. The action is the result of a sources sought notice issued on January 26, 2009 through Federal Business Opportunities that identfied only one source authorized by the manufacturer DSX to provide these services for US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sites in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC area. CBP negotiated on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) with Silent Partner Security Systems (SPSS), Marshall, VA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621, and the size standard is $11.5 Million.
