- RECOVERY - ROAD RECONSTRUCTION OF APPROXIMATELY 19.6 MILES OF ROAD, INCLUDING CLEARING AND BRUSHING, REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS, CONSTRUCTION OF OUTLET DITCHES, AND EARTH BERMS, ROADBED RECONDITIONING, DUST ABATERMENT, INSTALLING CORRUGATED METAL PIPE, PLACING RIPRAP, AND OTHER INCIDENTAL ITEMS SUCH AS TRAFFIC CONTROL. From Athol, Idaho, take SH95 south 3.1 miles to the junction with the Bunco Road (Longitude 116-42-28W, Latitude 47-54-15N). Turn east on Bunco Road and continue east 2.4 miles then north for 1 mile then easterly for 3.1 miles to the National Forest Boundary and the junction with National Forest System Road (NFSR) 332 (Longitude 116-35-27W, Latitude 47-57-1N). Continue on Road 332 approximately 6.8 miles to the junction with NFS Road 278 (Longitude 116-30-34W, Latitude 47-54-29N). Continue on Road 278 approximately 6.4 miles to the end of the project (EOP MP 39.55) at the junction with NFS Road 2707 in the SW1/4 Sec10 T53N R1W Boise Meridian (Longitude 116-27-13W, Latitude 47-57-1N). From the EOP refere to sheet 2 of the contract drawings. Continue on Road 278, 16.85 miles, to the beginning of the project (BOP).
