Description

In addition to the items/props indicated on the USAR drawings, contractor shall design and construct the "rubble pile" to meet these minimum requirements. Course Construction • The rubble site shall have a minimum average height of 10 feet and consist of an area of 3500 to 5000 square feet. • It should consist predominantly of concrete or a mixture of materials common to disaster sites. • The "hide" locations shall be separated by a minimum of 20 feet. • The hiding areas shall be constructed to prevent canines from accessing the victims. • The hiding areas shall be a few feet below the surface of the rubble The "double tee's" indicated on the drawings are existing and located at 29 Maxim Road Hartford CT You are responsible for delivering the four double tee's to the project site. Contractor to place the double tees within the construction limit of the project.
