- The purpose of this amendment is to 1.) add to the description of items as follows, and 2.) to correct the quote due date as stated above ALL QUOTES ARE DUE BY FOUR P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME (4:00 P.M. EST) 16 September 2009 to read, DUE BY TEN A.M. EASTERN STANDRD TIME (10:00 A.M. EST) 19 September 2009. CLIN 0001 - Ultra Wide Bato Antenna, 20MHz to 21 GHz (Qty 1) Ultra wideband, Omni-directional antenna with a single output connector, frequency range from 20 MHz to 21 GHz, the nominal gain of the antenna is -7 to +0 dBi over 98% of the antenna. CLIN 0002 - LPA Interceptor Antenna 600MHz to 21 Ghz with N-Type connectors (Qty 1) Must operated from 600 MHz to 21 GHz with a nominal gain of the antenna is 5-8 dBi up to 12 GHz and excellent performance and superior front to back ratio to 21 GHz and beyond. Should have an attached handle and ratcheting mechanism to allow polarity change. Must mount to a ¼-20 tripod mount on the base. CLIN 0003 - Long Wave Active Rod Antenna 3 – 12 db gain, 1 KHz to 550 MHz (Qty 1) Must have Omni-directional sensitivity from an 1 kHz to 550 MHz with a nominal gain of the +3 to +12 dB with an exceptionally high 3rd Order Intercept Point of +27 dB. Must have a ¼-20 tripod mount on the base. CLIN 0004 - Double-ridge Wave Horn Antenna 18-40 GHz (Qty 1) Horn Antenna which must operate from 18 – 40 GHz RF range, should be interaperable with a multitude of receivers. CLIN 0005 - Straight 60” Whip Antenna with Type N connector (Qty 1) A whip antenna is a single-element antenna that can be used with an unbalanced feed line such as a coaxial cable, or attached directly to a transmitter, receiver, or transceiver. CLIN 0005 - External Battery Pack Kit with Twin Charger (Qty 1) Charges digital Dionic batteries from Anton Bauer must provide clean 12VDC and/or 15VDC power to ancillary equipment. Must be a small portable system charging system under 2 lbs for greater portability. Must have 1/4-20 mounts for tripod mounting. CLIN 0007 - External EMI filtered Linear Power Supply (Qty 1) Approximate size 3 X 5 x 7, dual power operation: 110/220 VAC, 50/60 Hz, ON/OFF switch with LED indication, separate 12 & 15 VDC outputs for antennas and amplifiers, internal linear encapsulated power modules, and a wide operating temperature range. Must have EMI filter to ensure only clean DC is delivered to the destination device. CLIN 0008 - RF Amplifier (Qty 1) Must operate within the 2 MHz to 21 GHz RF range, be portable and weigh less than 7 lbs. Must be interoperable with a wide range of communication receivers.. CLIN 0009 - EMC Active Probe Set and E&H fields (Qty 1) Must have a flat frequency response from 2 MHz to 2.4 GHz, Usable up to 5 GHz to pinpoint exact sources of EMI and detect electric and magnetic fields separately. Compact size, simple to use, self-contained probe with audio visual indicators a squelch feature and able to provide output to a standard spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope or multimeter CLIN 0010 - 10 Meter Precision RF Cable Assembly up to 40 GHz. (Qty 2) RF cables must operate up to 40 GHz with minimal loss and have SSMA, GPO, 2.9mm, 2.4 or 1mm connectors. The cable must be interoperable with the listed antennas and amplifiers. CLIN 0011 - 4’ Presicion RF cable assembly (Qty 2) RF cables must operate with minimal loss be interoperable with the listed antennas and amplifiers. CLIN 0012 - Manfrotto Tripod with 486 Compact Ball Head (Qty 1) Tripod must extend up to at least 5 feet and accept the standardized ¼ 20 threads. Must be transportable and weigh less than 20 lbs and support over 10 lbs. CLIN 0013 - Case for all antennas, cables, and tripod with appropriate storage cutouts (Qty 1) All the above pieces must fit into a ruggedized storage case that can be easily transported. Case must have placement for all parts and pieces to reduce movement and possible loss of equipment while being transported.
