- Description
- The contractor shall install access control panels and card readers at various locations on the Phoenix Indian Medical Center campus. These locations include 1st floor OD, 1st Floor Temporary ED, PCMC, Specialty Services, Behavioral Health, 2nd Floor Inpatient Pharmacy, 3rd floor Inpatient Pharmacy, Lower Level Pharmacy Storage, 2nd Floor ICU, 4th Floor OB Medication Room, and 1st Floor Pediatric Pharmacy. Several walls and doors must also be added to Specialty Services to properly control access in that building. The magnitude of this construction requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Phoenix, Arizona. This requirement was previously publicized under No. IHS1067930 as an informational Presolicitation Notice on September 17, 2009. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED TO THE PUBLIC. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT HHSI161200900005I.
