Description
U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to solicit for the US Army Criminal Investigation Commands Annual Historical Review on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to R&D Associates, 5888 Woodfield Estates Dr, Alexandria VA 22310-1864. This procurement has several deliverables to be included throughout the performance period, please review the attached RFQ. The personnel completing this work shall be in accordance with Army Regulation 870-5, 4-3(c), where either a SI 5X officer or a civilian professional historian will be assigned duties as division/brigade historian& The selected NAICS code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with specialty in Records Management, with size standard of $7.0M. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding to this requirement, no later than 12:00 pm EST, 24 September 2009. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 3MB. Otherwise, responses must be submitted via hard copy to: US Army MICC, Stephenie Charlot, 9410 Jackson Loop Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060.
