Description

This is a Sole Source procurement. FA8601-09-T-0113 is a synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. The Air Force Research Lab has a requirement for a J.A. Woollam IR-VASE Infrared Variable Angle Spectroscopic Ellipsometer and Accessories This requirement is sole source. NAICS Code is 334516. Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This proposed contract action is for procurement of an item for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is J.A. Woollam Co, 645 M. Street, Ste 102, Lincoln, NE 68508. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations received by the response date/time indicated will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
