- Description
- Under the authority of FAR Subpart 13-5, Test Program for Commercial Items, the General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to make a sole source award to University of Texas at Austin's Construction Industry Institute (CII). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking a sustaining membership with the Construction Industry Institute, for one base year and one one-year option period. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The NAICS Code is 611430. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The govenrment will consider all responses received by 3:30pm e.s.t., Wednesday, September 23, 2009. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
