Description
The Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office (VARO), 1240 East 9th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44199 is seeking a contractor to provide online testing/scoring services for the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), Strong Interest Inventory (SSI) - Career Report and the Strong Interest Inventory (SSI) - Interpretative Report. The website must be easily accessible by Disabled Veterans, user friendly. The solicitation Number is RFP VA-325-09-RP-0002. Proposals are due on September 28, 2009 by, 12: 00 PM EST. Proposals should include pricing for manuals, QTY 4 for MBTI, QTY 4 for SII Career Report; books QTY 250 for MBTI and for the electronic scoring for each aforementioned test, estimated QTY of 8100. Please provide a detailed cost breakdown for each item. This contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36. This Solicitation will be full and open competition. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this Acquisition is 611430. The size standard is $7million dollars. Delivery, acceptance and FOB Destination point: Cleveland VA Regional Office, VR&E MDP 28, 1240 E. 9th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44199.
