- Metastorm Justification The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Metastorm, Inc. for the dealing of software license maintenance for Metastorm Data Integrator and PM4Data. Cost is approximately $100,000. This announcement serves as the only notification of the Government's intent and no solicitation will be issued. Parties that believe they are capable of meeting this requirement should submit capability statements to Alexander Mavroukakis by 5:00pm Monday September 19, 2009. If upon evaluation it is determined that other firms in the marketplace can meet the Government's requirement, this notice will be canceled and the requirement will be solicited competitively.
