Description
RFQ #HSSCCG-10-Q-00043 SOW for Operations & Maintenance support for AAMVAnet network The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1)—Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. AAMVA is a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing safety and security through motor vehicle administration and law enforcement. USCIS has a requirement to provide operation and maintenance support for the AAMVAnet network. The Contractor shall be responsible for the operations, maintenance and monitoring, and reporting of all hardware and software used by the contractor to support the AAMVAnet network.. The Contractor shall ensure that the UNI software maintains the same level of performance as that when the component was installed in the production environment. Should any anomaly and/or issue arise that warrants a software fix, the Contractor shall provide a software update to correct the problem. The Contractor shall also distribute AAMVA UNI component patches to the customer as they are made available. The period of performance will be 10/01/2009 through 09/30/10, with two option periods. Option Year 1 (10/01/10 through 09/30/11) Option Year 2 (10/01/11 through 09/30/12) Respond to this requirement by submitting written capabilities/specifications to the Contracting Officer.
