- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project had been funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The procurement was awarded under the A-E IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order for the primary geographic area of the State of Iowa. The Federal Service Code is C211. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541310 (Architectural Services) and the size standard is $4.5 Million. The estimated range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. ***Only the contractor listed was permitted to submit proposals fro this task order, awarded March, 3, 2009 to SUBSTANCE, LLC 1300 Walnut ST STE 201 Des Moines, IA 50309-3401.*** Since that time, the work order has been modified twice to include ARRA funds. Currently, the amount for the contract is approximately $42,000. The work to be generated is for the following location: U.S. Courthouse, 131 East 4Th St., Davenport, IA. The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to: summarized HVAC Scope of Work stemming from a commissioning study, HVAC Load Study for Davenport Federal Building, modifications to Building HVAC System, and the installation of Card Readers. The A/E will also be responsible for project planning and execution to perform their contract duties regarding design and design related services. Management information will include construction document submittals, shop drawing reviews, CMc Requests for Information (RFI's) responses, and provide As-built Record documents.
