- RECOVERY - This is a Special Notice for a procurement funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). TAS::14 0681::TAS. The Bureau Project Number is 62.000.1. The Government intends to procure prefabricated concrete unisex single user vault toilets at Belle Fourche Reservoir, Butte County, South Dakota. The successful contractor and first-tier subcontractors must comply with the reporting requirements in Section 1512 (c) of the Recovery Act. Acquisition will be made via a delivery order against General Service Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) 56. Estimated Range: $25,000-$100,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238110; the Small Business Size Standard is $14.0 million, average annual receipts. This notice is provided for information purposes only. GSA/FSS 56, Categories Special Item Number (SIN) 361 10H (Pre-engineered and Prefabricated Buildings and Structures for Restrooms) and SIN 361 32 (Installation and Site preparation for Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures). A Request For Quotes (RFQ) will be issued via E-Buy. GSA contractors not participating in GSA's E-Buy program may request a copy of the RFQ from the contact listed above.
