- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for F5N3SF9197A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This is a small business set-aside; the associated NAICS code is 423830 with a size standard of 100 Employees. The description is as follows: (CLIN 0001) 1 Each, Crown RR5210-35 3500# Capacity, 24 Volt, Rider, Reach Truck or equal to include padded compartment interior walls, operator console with work surface and storage, hydrostatic power steering, silent mast staging system, quiet lift pumps, forks – standard length 42.0” Width 4.0” Thick 1.75”; standard taper fork type; 30” fork spread; full glass mast guard; (CLIN 0002) Enersys General Battery model # 12-G125-17 or equal to include 24 volts, 1000 amp hour capacity; (CLIN 0003) Easgletronics model # AE24-483/3/160 charger or equal to include 480 Volt line voltage, 3 Phase, 8 Hour capacity. FOB Destination to Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote represents the best value to the government, considering price and price related factors. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5 (Dev), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items with their offer.
