Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: Solicitation N00421-09-T-0213 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set-aside for small business. The government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed order on a sole source basis with Exeltech I Limited. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, manufacturer must be Exeltech I Limited. The CLIN is 0001, 72 each, P/N XP2-1-2-6-1-10, Description: 250 watt inverter. Clin 0002, 1 each, transportation charge to St. Inigoes MD 20684. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposal received may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
