- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for reference number FA0021-09-Q-0002. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 333611 with a 1000 employees size standard. This RFQ contains 1 line items. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001: Quantity (4) four, Atlas Copco Generator model # QAS-58 (60 Hz), rated power 58 KW, size 100.9 x 40.6 x 54.4 inches, weight 3790 lbs. Generators shall have 2 each milspec 100 amp female receptacle (S/N: UEC 90555C44412S) Cannon plugs/convenience receptacles, color Tan. THIS IS A BRAND NAME ACQUISITION, PLEASE SEE RELATED J&A FOR INFORMATION. NO OR EQUAL QUOTATIONS WILL BE EVALUATED. FOB point is Destination. Please indicate in your quotation the delivery date. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The offeror must be registered at https://orca.bpn.gov/ and have all appropriate clauses completed.
