- Description
- The 5th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for telecommunication of criminal justice related information via North Dakota Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NDLETS), National Crime Information Center (NCIC), and the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS). This will cover services from 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010. The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to enter into a firm, fixed-price contract with North Dakota State Radio Communications, Fraine Barracks Ln, Bismarck, ND 58504. The NAICS code for this procurement is 926130. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
