- NSN: 2840-01-190-9262 PR OEM Code: 07482 PN: 1281M35G01 Description: Engine Exhaust Duct is the fan discharge inner duct usedin the F110/100 and F110/129 engines. Functions as one of ten panelsthat divide fan discharge air to the compressor inlet and through fandischarge ducts. Dimensions: overall length 9.360 inches minimum and9.420 inches maximum; overall width 8.180 inches minimum and 8.220inches maximum; material thickness.0125 inches minimum and.0155 inchesmaximum. Quantity: Total 3 Year Best Estimated Quantity of 140 each, Initialyear order of 126 each, 2nd year order of 8 each and 3rd year order of 6each. Total Maximum Contract Quantity for 3 years is 210 each. Destination: FB2039, Tinker AFB Oklahoma Delivery Schedule: 126 each on or before 31 DEC 2009. Qualification Requirements: Award will be made only if the offeror, theproduct/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements atthe time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Thesolicitation identifies the office where additional information can beobtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in eachindividual solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation whichshall be considered by the agency. Engineering Data Package will be available at Fed Biz Opps(www.fbo.gov) upon solicitation. Export Controlled item. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to FreeTrade Agreements. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors orpotential Offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in theevaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interestedparties are invited to call the Ombudsman at (405) 734-8253. DO NOT CALLTHIS NUMBER FOR SOLICITATION REQUESTS. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interestedparties may identify to the contracting officer their interest andcapability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercialitem within 15 days of this notice. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Request forWritten Quotation/Proposal will be issued. Only written or faxedrequest received directly from the requestors are acceptable. Theanticipated award date will be 60 to 90 days after the issuance of thisnotice.
