- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, DOC, Fort Gordon GA, intends to award a Commercial Item Firm Fixed Price contract using Simplified Procurement Procedures in accordance with FAR 13 for Court Reporting Services. Contractor shall provide verbatim recording and transcription services including copying and mailing. Appearance fee and delay fee to be contracted. Place of performance is Equal Employment Opportunity Office, Staff Judge Advocate office and possibly other locations at Fort Gordon, Georgia, This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses only. The NAICS Code is 561492. Period of performance will be 1 year commencing 1 October 2009, with the availability of one 1-year option. The solicitation issue date is September 23, 2009 and the closing date is 11am, September 26, 2009. The Request for Quotation is for a fixed price contract and will be available on the internet Army Single Face to Industry at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and/or Fedbizops at www.fbo.gov. Any amendments will be available on the internet only. Bidders are cautioned to check the web site periodically.
