- The solicitation number is F1SEAE9174A001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20070802. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 3550. NAICS is 333311 and the size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following services: Line 1: REVERSE VENDING MACHINE: REQIUREMENTS Cash refund capability via internal coin hopper/bill dispenser Updateable UPC code scanner Capability to accept metal cans (up to 1 L), plastic (up to 2 L one way PET, up to 1.5 L two way PET), and glass bottles in single machine* Capacity: 800 AL cans, 160 plastic bottles, 150 glass bottles Minimum Acceptance Rate: 20 containers/minute Maximum Dimensions (width x depth x height - inches): 70 x 70 x 85 Portability: Machine must not require any permanent mounting that would prevent relocation Customer support, training, replacement parts availability Indoor/outdoor capability Power requirements: 220 Three Phase Weekly or less frequent maintenance and service requirement Line 2: Shipping charges to Edwards AFB, CA 93524; FOB destination EAFB Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote.
