- This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The requiring office is the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, herein referred to as (ATF), Houston Field Division. The requirement consists of the Retrofitting of 69 Vehicles in the following locations. Pricing shall be submitted as follows: Quotes shall include the price per vehicle, per each location. The vendor shall ensure that the proposed total price includes all vehicle types per location. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation. Contractors can submit quotes for any or all locations. Location Sedans SUV's Pickups TOTAL Houston/Beaumont 30 4 7 41 Austin/San Antonio 6 1 4 11 Corpus Christi 3 1 4 Laredo 2 1 1 4 McAllen 6 2 1 9 Based on the chart above the below list of equipment will be provided by ATF for each type of vehicles. Contractors need only to submit installation cost per vehicle. PASSENGER VEHICLES Each passenger vehicle will be equipped with the following items: Full Size Passenger Package: Mobile Radio Kit Including radio, harness, and antenna Siren System with headlight/ PA/ system and speaker Visor Light LED Package Rear Deck LED Lights (2) Grille LED Lights (2) Remote Car Alarm System Window Tinting (Completed locally) Trunk Lock Kit Trunk Access Block (Make and installed locally) Universal Slide-out Trunk Tray Pick-up Trucks Each passenger vehicle will be equipped with the following items: Full Size Pick-up Truck Package: Mobile Radio Kit- Including radio, harness, and antenna Siren System with headlight/ PA/ system and speaker Visor Light LED Package Rear Deck LED Lights (2) Grille LED Lights (2) Remote Car Alarm System Window Tinting (Completed locally) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) Each SUV will be equipped with the following items: Full Size SUV Package: Mobile Radio Kit - Including radio, harness, and antenna Siren System with headlight/ PA/ system and speaker Visor Light LED Package Rear Deck LED Lights (2) Grille LED Lights (2) Remote Car Alarm System Window Tinting (Completed locally) Secure Store Vault (1 Drawer) Note: Rear Vault of SUV with Combination Lock and Lined drawer with bottom slides - 120 - 250 lbs. (recommend direct shipment to installer) Pricing shall be submitted on a "Firm Fixed-Price basis". The following provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR52.212-3, Offeror Representations; (Vendor must furnish Offeror Representations in writing); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5. The provision at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Interested parties MUST already be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232.33. This solicitation closes on September 25, 2009 11:00am EDT.
