- All responsible small business sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. NSN 5990-01-118-8624. First Article Test (FAT) contractor is required fo not FAT waived sorces. The solicitation is for qty of 340 ea. Quantity price break range: 15-199, 200-299, 300-500 ea. Requested production delivery is 250 days ARO (including FAT). F.O.B. is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. See Note(s): 1, 12, and 26 below. Copies of this solicitation will be available at the office address listed above, or by download from the internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. Copies of the solicitation WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE until 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
