- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Lakewood, CO, has a requirement for a commercial item or service. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 601819Q714. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 5-36, effective August 11, 2009. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 443130 with a business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. FWS' salient characteristics that will satisfy the Government's needs for its requirement for Digital GPS Camera with Bluetooth capability is: Bluetooth capable Embed compass and GPS coordinates on a map using ESRI ArcMap Software. Ability to process images into raster embedded feature classes with ESRI. Must support all ESRI geo-database types. Layout tools that allow you to print maps with photo displayed at the corresponding locations. Built in EXIS editor to that allows modification of EXIS tags within the photo. Camera must allow embedded attribute data into the photograph. Required Delivery date is 60 days after award. Quantity Required:Fourteen (14) each Delivery Address: U.S. Fish and Wildlife, 134 Union Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80228. Please submit your quote via fax to: Carol Beatty, Fax: 303-236-4791. All pertinent point of contact information including DUNS No. is to be referenced on all quotes. In addition, your quote should provide unit price, total price, delivery date, and FOB Destination. No formal format is required as this is a combined synopsis/RFQ. Quotes must be received via fax no later than close of business (2 p.m. MDT), 9/24/2009 at U.S. Fish and Wildlife, 303-236-4791. Offers received after this date and time will be considered non-responsible in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation factors are low price for quotes that meet the above specifications. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Also included in this acquisition are the following clauses: 52.204-7, 52.215-5, 52.225-01, 52.232-1, 52.233-1, 52.243-1, 52.246-20, 52.252-5, 52.252-6, FWS 1452.204-1, DOI 1452.212-1, and DOI 1452.242-7. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition, no addenda applies. Please be sure your firm is registered. Quotes received from firms not registered in CCR and ORCA by the closing date of the solicitation will not be considered.
