Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Subpart 12.6), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures. The 311th Human Systems Wing/PKBA, Brooks City-Base TX intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (c). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This procurement is for the purchase of 2 ea Model A66-B32 GammaVision-32 Gamma-Ray HPGe spectral Analysis Software from Advanced Measurement Technology, Inc. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20081020. FAR 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition. WAWF procedures also apply. The delivery date of these items is 4 weeks after receipt of order, FOB Destination, Brooks City-Base, TX. The NAICS Code is 541519; the size standard is $25M. The type contract anticipated is firm-fixed price. A due date of offers will be 4:00 PM, Central Time, 28 Sep 2009.
