8040-ADHESIVE This is a Market Survey/Pre-solicitation Notice for Solicitation 6FLS-J4-090416-N, FSC 8040 Adhesive. The solicitation is scheduled to issue on or about December 15, 2009. This acquisition is a competitive negotiation/firm fixed 2 year contract with economic price adjustment with three 1-year options. There are 13 NSNs on the solicitation.
