- 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Request for Quotation Number is: W911S1-09-T-0059. 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 205-18 effective 5 July 2007, DFAR DCN 20070531, and AFFAR AFAC 20070531. FedBizOps Numbered Notes per FAR Part 5.207 apply. 4. This procurement is being solicited 100% for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334519, OTHER MEASURING AND CONTROLLING DEVICES, with a size standard of 500. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 6625, ELECT, ELECTRONIC MEASURING INSTRUMENT. 5. Item requested: 20 each, BROADBAND WATTMETER, PART NUMBER 44A 6.Award will be made to that responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to all terms and conditions of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government. 7.
