- Brand-Name Justiifcation for AVAYA Telephony Security Upgrade QASP AVAYA Telephiony Security Upgrade Perfromance Statement of Work (PWS) This acquisition is issued unrestricted. The Defense Logistics Agency-Contracting Services Office-Battle Creek has a requirement for AVAYA maintenance service and security upgrades. Place of performance is Battle Creek, Michigan. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Period of performance is 12 months from the date of award. Prospective vendors are directed to see the attached.pdf files for a complete perfomance-based statement of work (PWS) and its corresponding quality assurance surveillance plan(QASP). You must be an AVAYA-authorized third party service provider in order to be eligible for award. Submit your AVAYA authorization letter concurrently with your quotation. Quotations received without the AVAYA authorization letter will be considered technically unacceptable, will not be reviewed further and ineligible for award. Pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 3324, software maintenance as a service shall be billed in arrears. The single evaluation factor for award is lowest-price, technically acceptable. Submit written questions regarding this acquisition to David.Straughn@dla.mil no later than Monday, September 28, 2009 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. Please place "SP4707-09-Q-0053" in the subject line of your e-mail message. Questions received after September. 28, 2009 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time WILL NOT be answered. The date set for receipt of your quotation is Wednesday, September 29, 2009 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. No telephone calls accepted at any time.
