- Questions and Answers from meeting scheduled 23 September 2009 at 2:00 PM to view photos. a. Reference Section: 1.1.2. (Replace with the following): All exterior components consist of corrosive resistant material and installed to resist a minimum hurricane category II wind load. b. Reference Section: 1.1.3.1. Add verbiage-Video recording equipment shall record all cameras at the highest quality resolution camera is capable of. c. Reference Section: 2.1.3. Add verbiage-Contractor shall coordinate with the Facility Manager. d. Reference Section 2.2.1. Add verbiage-Contractor shall coordinate with the facility manager for access of vehicles to the Naval Air Station. e. Reference Section: 2.2.3. Add verbiage- Contractor shall coordinate a material staging area with the Facility Manager. f. Reference Section: 8.3.1. Add verbiage- Location: Building 3S. g. Reference Section: 12.1. (Replace with the following): General. After completion of the Performance Verification Test (PVT) the contractor shall provide 4 training sessions over 4 consecutive days of formal hands on-training, using purchased and installed system for 5 personnel per session. This training shall cover all aspects of System Operation, Management and troubleshooting (two sessions) and System Administration and Maintenance (two sessions). The cost of this training shall be included in the tender price. (1 Session is equal to 4 hours duration). h. Reference Section: 12.2.1. Add the following verbiage- Work shots shall be of actual working system screen shots. i. Reference Section: 13. Add the following verbiage- Contractor shall submit initial system documentation and drawings for Government approval before finalizing. j. Reference Section: 14.1. Add the following verbiage- The contractor shall receive a minimum of two weeks advance notice of scheduling a maintenance repair.
