- This is a notice of the Government s intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract contract to Getinge USA, Inc. 1777 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY for maintenance of the T-DOC Computerized Instrument Tracking system and proprietary software for a base year w/4 one-year option periods to begin 1 Oct 09 -30 Sep 2014. Remote service shall be accomplished IAW Business to Business (B2B) Partners and 3d Party Vendors. This is not a set-aside for small business. This notice is an urgent requirement for Womack Army Medical Center, 2817 Reilly Rd., Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses(s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include company s name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, and solicitation number. All responses must be received by 10:00 a.m. EST 29 Sep 2009. Responses may be emailed to sandra.bulls@amedd.army.mil. STATEMENT OF WORK FOR T-DOC SERVICE T-DOC Base Support J3061 Hotline & Remote Support Access to online user knowledge base. Permission to submit and update service requests; J3067 Addidional Evening hours 1700-2100 EST; RESPONSE TIME ON HOTLINE & REMOTE SUPPORT:J3091 4-hour response time;T-DOC Extra Support Features;Pro-Activity Packate;J3182 Monthly remote system health check-up;Update and Upgrade Agreement. In order to use Remote Support WAMC must establish and pay for a separate ISDN-2 or better connection to the T-DOC system. Remote Support is a condition for a service agreement. Hotline agreement: The Contractor shall provide Hotline for two contact persons from the customer who are able to contact Getinge during normal business hours from 09.00AM 2100 hours. Remote support: The Contractor shall provide Remote Support for two contact persons from the customer who are able to contact the contractor during normal business hours from 09.00AM - 2100 weekdays Remote support also comprises remote supervision of the installation if permitted by the customer. Remote support enables the support personnel from Getinge to control the T-DOC System at the customer and directly guide/help the users by means of their own screens. Self-inflicted Problems: Self-inflicted problems that could occur in connection with e.g. conducted power failure tests are not directly related to T-DOC and therefore support is not included in the service contract.
