- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation M6700109Q0376 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and this procurement will be conducted utilizing FAR part 13.5 procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This combined synopsis/request for quote will be restricted 100% for small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 332439. The size standard is 500 employees.
