This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. “ (ii) RFP SOLICITATION NUMBER: 5TS57090184 ; (iii) CLAUSE AND PROVISION IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR: 2005-36 Effective 11 August 2009; (iv) SET-ASIDE:Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS CODE: 611710 – Educational Support Services SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: Average Annual Revenue $6 million; (v) LINE ITEM(S): CLIN 0001 Independent Analysis of ECSS End User Training Material and Training Implementation, 1 LOT; Sub CLINs 0001a Kick-off meeting agenda, 0001b Kick-off meeting, 0001c Kick-off meeting minutes, 0001d Quality Control Plan, 0001e Monthly Status Report, 0001f Gap Analysis and Recommendations Report, 0001g Out-brief of findings. (vi) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: Under this Contract the Contractor shall perform an independent analysis of the ECSS End User Training program and provide a gap analysis and training implementation recommendations. This work requires a familiarity with both course development and deployment and with the Air Force logistics training and work environment. Work will be performed over the period of approximately four months in an office setting using a fixed price contract.
