- This is a Presolicitaion Notice Notice only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is notifying the marketplace that a solicitation containing two (2) NSNs, 4210-00-889-2491 and 4210-00-889-2492 fire extinguishers, (PSC) Code 42, Fire Fighting, Rescue & Safety Equipment. The solicitation for the referenced items will be a long-term indefinite quantity type contract. The contract base period will be for a term of two years. Further, it will contain options to extend the term of the contract. Pricing will be linked to a Producer Price Index which would be adjusted annually or to an EPA clause. Support of this item may be based on DLA Direct deliveries, where material could be supplied to any location within the Continental United States.
