- RECOVERY - SPECIALIZED MULTI TERRAIN TRACKED SKID STEER LOADER THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE 23V. The government will solicit offers using GSA E-Buy procedures for subject item. No further solicitation will be issued.
