- Nashville_Washington_County_IL_Delineated_Area_Map Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Washington County, Illinois is interested in leasing approximately 4,300 contiguous rentable square feet together with 37 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor's control with space to pull thru trucks and trailers. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,950 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet to a maximum of 4,150 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of first class, high quality office space. The term of the lease is 10 years. Preference will be given to first floor space. DELINEATED AREA: The area to be considered must be within or fronting an area bounded on the North by I-64; West by South County Hwy 27, west on Rt 15, south on Geisel Ln, east on S. Grand Rd, south on Harrison Rd, south on Tyler Rd, east on Nixon Rd, south on Black Diamond Rd.;South by East on Fillmore Rd, north on Rt 127, east on Connecticut Rd merging with Kentucky Rd, north on Indian Trail Rd, east on Rt 15; East by North on County Hwy 11, to I-64 in and surrounding the City of Nashville, Illinois. See attachment for delineated map. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after lease award. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building 2. Amount of square feet available. (Rentable and ANSI/BOMA Office Space) 3.
