- M67854-09-Q-4836 - Notice of Sole Source Intent. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The United State Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA. The Contracting department intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to CPS SimpleSync to provide On-Site one (1) day training support with Engineer and SimpleSync Maintenance (Enterprise). The contract will include on-site service for parts, labor, and travel for a base year and two option periods of one year each. This synopsis for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. This action is solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210. The anticipated award date is 27 September 2009. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered Note: 22.
