- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE LAKELAND, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 2,127 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 1,849 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Additional special requirements apply and will be addressed in the market survey and the subsequent solicitation for offers. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Highway 92 (East Memorial Boulevard) South: Polk Parkway (Highway 570) West: Harden Boulevard East: Reynolds Road TERM: The lease term will be from beneficial occupancy through January 31, 2017, with the Government having cancellation privileges after January 31, 2012 with 60 days written notice. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by October 14, 2009. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
