Description

Satellite Telecommunications This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for Twenty (20) each for BGAN Explorer 700 Satellite Terminal with antenna, Inmarsat T&T Explorer 700 car charger, antenna cable QN / TNC 30 Meter and shipping (1 lot) if applicable. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, September 25, 2009 to email sheila.y.rivera@usdoj.gov, Contract Specialist or via fax 703.495.6680. All communications concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 3:00 p.m. eastern time, not later than 2 calendar days after the publication date of the notice.
