- Request for Information for sources of Screen Printing and Coating Equipment The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has issued this Request for Information (RFI) seeking sources for the following: The BEP is searching for sources for the following: Item: 001; Quantity 001; A pilot/test scale screen printing unit. Item 002; Quantity 001; A production scale/capacity screen printing unit. Item 003; Quantity 001 pilot/test scale, coating unit. Item 004; Quantity 001 production scale/capacity, coating unit. See Statement of Needs (SON) a copy of which is attached for additional details. This Request for information is open to all sources. The Small Business size Standard is 500 employees and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333298. All interested contractors shall submit a package, which will be reviewed. Interested parties may submit one or more packages for different makes and/or models with complete specifications, drawings, brochures, and any other information. Please include the following in your submission: Company name, point of contact, address, telephone and fax numbers, tax ID number, DUNS number, business size. Responses are due by Noon, 10/22/2009. Any questions must be provided in writing no later than 10/15/2009. Written responses are to be sent to Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 14th and C Streets SW, Attention David Mork, Room 705-A, Washington, DC 20228-0001. Due to anticipated response package size, phone, Fax, or e-mail responses will not be honored.
