- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Renville County Office in Olivia, MN, is interested in leasing approximately 4,123 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,740 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 3,927 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 24 paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of: North: E Fairview Ave to 26th Street to Hwy 212 to Hwy 71 to TC&W Railroad, East: N 1st Street to E Fairview Ave to Hwy 71, West: 320th Street, South: 810th Ave. Other applicable requirements include: - Preference will be given to first floor space. - Others OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required by June 1, 2010. Expressions of Interest must include the following information: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability. • Method of rentable space measurement. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided.
