Description

This notice is provided for informational purposes only. Scope: The contractor shall perform all professional services as necessary to provide GSA with a fully operational metering system that is able to report into the national Schneider ION Enterprise program and Honeywell Building Automation System at the facility. The meter installed must be connected to the 2 main electrical feeds and sub-meter the first and ground floor lighting panels. The main electrical feeds are located in the switchgear room, in the main mechanical room, on the ground floor. The first floor lighting is located in room 1213 on the first floor, and the ground floor lighting is located in the main mechanical room on panel LHG, on the ground floor. All meters installed must meet national and local codes. The contractor must work with the local utility companies to ensure proper connection into existing meters. The contractor must provide GSA with single line As-Built drawings of the meter system installed.
