RECOVERY--The Point of Contact for W912DW-09-0049 is now Ed Delaney. (206) 439-4542 edward.j.delaney@usace.army.mil RECOVERY--PROJECT NUMBER OSD 643--DEQ000536J, Repair DPT Training Facility-Repair Windows, Walls, Floors, Roof, Ceilings, Elect, Etc The Seattle District Corps of Engineers has a competitive requirement to Repair DPT Training Facility at Fort Lewis, Washington. Project consists of interior renovations including but not limited to abatement of hazardous materials, demolition, seismic repair, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, reconfiguration of exhibit areas, addition of stairs, addition of classrooms and offices. Repair facility exterior including but not limited to abatement of hazardous materials, demolition, repair of roofs, envelope repairs, repair of windows and associated finishes and infrastructure. Magnitude of Construction is $10M to $25M and the completion period is estimated at 540 calendar days. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. This requirement will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procurement conducted in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15. This is Total Small Business Set Aside procurement. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposals (RFP), and a firm-fixed-price contract will be negotiated as a result of this procurement.
