- !!CORRECTIONS TO NOTICE!! THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SCOTT AFB SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITIONS BASE ENGINEERING REQUIREMENT (SABER). The 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to award a delivery order under its Simplified Acquisitions Base Engineering Requirement (SABER) to renovate the Base Operations Building. This project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The delivery order will be awarded under the authority of FAR 16.505. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes but for informational purposes only under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement after receiving any responses is exclusively at the discretion of the Government.
