- This is a UNFUNDED requirement for budgetary analysis, pricing needed. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 337127 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation; #BS-K72484 First Class Bleachers (8 rows, 19' length, 80 seats) (Outdoor Bleachers) Welded aluminum angle frame, vertical aisle with handrail, vertical picket guardrail system, 276' deep, 36" row spacing, 14" rise, backrests on every row, 12" wide seat planks, fully closed deck, 3 year limited warranty and includes shipping or equal QTY: 8 EA. Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Beale AFB, CA 95903. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror representing the best value for the Government.
