- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR COMPUTERRELATED TRAINING COURSES. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote.This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a writtenamendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions, update Point of Contact informationand EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE.1. Is it safe to assume that NASA will provide all necessary hardware, software licenses(excluding courseware), and set-up necessary to conduct the classes listed? No, all hardware and software should be provided by the vendor and their designatedlocation.2. Some classes have limitations on student count, therefore is it safe to assume thatthe 26 participants may need to be broken up into 2 classes? Should we price itaccordingly?Students will attend classes based on various offerings within a vendors course catalog. Students will attend classes based on the needs of the government. The number ofstudents attending a class will be no more than 3 at a time.3. Is NASA looking for Authorized training courses on all the classes listed?Classes do not have to be authorized by a specific technology or service based company.4. In the Q&A for Solicitation #NNG09304643Q, you list a class size of 26. This is avery large class size that exceeds the max for most classes, so would require bringing ina second instructor. I just wanted to re-confirm that you are anticipating 26 studentsfor each of the classes listed on the solicitation. If so, this would also require avery large training room. Would you be providing one large room for delivery or multipleclassrooms?No, assume the number of individuals attending the class will not be greater than 3 at atime. All hardware and software should be provided by the vendor and their designatedlocation. 5.
